FACILITATION

SEMINARS

Our consultants and facilitators bring with them an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the healthcare, aged care and not-for-profit sectors. Using evidence-based practices we help your management group develop effective competencies in leadership & management, problem solving and decision making.

For those situations where you know there is an issue but don't know the root cause of the issue we have developed an Integrated Management Process.

consulting

Our consultants work with your management group to identify effective management structures and systems. Guided by Stafford Beer's Viable System Model and the principles of Lean Processes we help your management group identify barriers to effectiveness and to improve workflow.

COACHING & MENTORING

Our coaching/mentoring processes are evidence-based. This means our methodologies are based upon validated behavioural theories and practice and our intervention is sought due to evidence of a need to change. The outcome of coaching/mentoring is a change of management behavior. We work one-to-one with executives and managers to develop advanced leadership and management competencies. The aim of coaching/mentoring is to develop both the potential of the manager and to help them develop the potential of others through effective management behaviours.
