Mentor This is a professional development program with a difference. It is a peer learning process, driven and facilitated by your own mangement group. Mentor has been designed to enable your managers to learn from the collective wisdom and experience of the entire group. JC&A have prepared a series of one-page overviews on a variety of management topics. Your management group select from our menu of topics and then schedule a series of 60-90 minutes discussion sessions. A few days prior to the scheduled session we will email each person a copy of the topic overview. All they need do is read through the overview and come along to the session prepared to share their ideas. No workshops, no assignments, no consultants. Adult learning at its best, within the workplace. One of our consultants will attend the first of your scheduled sessions. Prior to that session our consultant will guide your management group through effective facilitation practices to ensure they have the knowledge to self facilitate their own learning process. Our consultant will then facilitate the initial session. After that your management group works together. You can choose as many or as few of our topic as you like.
